Reliability / Asset Engineer This is a reliability-led engineering role, not hands-on maintenance. You’ll focus on: Root cause analysis (RCA) Downtime and performance data analysis Reliability strategies (RCM, FMEA) Improving OEE and asset performance You’ll work closely with Production and Maintenance to eliminate repeat failures and improve long-term equipment reliability. Background: Qualified and experienced in engineering (mechanical or electrical) Manufacturing / process environment experience Strong engineering fundamentals Experience with reliability tools or data-driven improvement Ideal for engineers who prefer solving problems permanently rather than firefighting.
