Due to increasing demand and growing class sizes, the school is seeking a talented and motivated Art Technician to support teachers and students across KS3–KS5. Role Information The Art Technician will prepare and organise materials for lessons, support teachers with practical demonstrations, set up and pack away equipment, maintain tools and machinery, fire kilns (training provided), manage inventory, organise storage areas, mount and display artwork, and assist with school exhibitions and open evenings. You will work closely with teachers to ensure a safe, inspiring, and creative working environment, supporting students as they experiment with different media including sculpture, ceramics, textiles, mixed media, painting, and digital design. This role suits someone creative, well-organised, practical, and able to work independently in a busy and inspiring department.
