Early Years Practitioner – Banana Moon Day Nursery

What You'll Do
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in shaping children's early development. Your day-to-day work will include:
• Creating and delivering engaging, play‑based activities
• Supporting children's emotional, social, and educational needs
• Observing, assessing, and documenting progress in line with the EYFS
• Helping to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child feels valued

Requirements
* A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* Experience working with children in an early years setting is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to ensuring the welfare and safety of children.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Current Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
* Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
