Job Description
As a Senior Finance Administrator you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our financial processes. You will be committed to delivering high-quality customer service, meeting SLAs and working with defined policies and procedures.
As a Senior Finance Administrator we are looking for someone to:
11. Assist with purchase ledger control processes, matching and posting of invoices
12. Posting of cash and other ledger entries
13. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries promptly
14. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
15. Engage in project work, supporting management to ensure we obtain the best efficiency
16. Verify the correct control checks have been considered during payment processing
17. Complete control checks to ensure all Financial Mandating is present
18. Reconciliation and query resolution
19. Ensure process steps are up to date and “one best way” is followed accurately and efficiently
20. Provide QA and feedback to processes completed across the business areas
21. Other ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications
Essential:
22. Experience of working in a finance team is a must
23. Experience in finance administration
24. Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft applications
25. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
