General Operative
Overview of the role:
Were looking for a motivated General Labourerwith a good understanding of joinery and site work. Youll be assisting tradespeople on a range of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The Role:
* Supporting joiners and other trades with installations, fittings, and general site preparation.
* Handling materials, loading/unloading, and keeping the work area clean and organised.
* Completing minor joinery or carpentry tasks as required under supervision.
* Carrying out vehicle checks, material deliveries, and waste management duties.
* Following all safety rules and maintaining high site standards.

Essential Requirements:
* Experience in general labouring or joinery support work.
* Full UK driving licence.
* CSCS card.
* Good understanding of site safety procedures.
