We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and delivering value for money across the organisation.
The Role
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will:
1. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
2. Deliver insightful financial analysis and business partnering across the Group.
3. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency in financial operations.
4. Support strategic decision-making through modelling, scenario planning, and business case development.
5. Collaborate with procurement and operational teams to ensure robust financialernance.
6. Present financial performance to the Board and Executive Team.
You will also lead a high-performing team, champion data-led decision-making, and deputise for the Assistant Director of Resources when required.
About You
We’re looking for a dynamic and collaborative finance leader who brings:
7. CCAB qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA).
8. Proven experience in business partnering, ideally within housing or construction.
9. Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills (Power BI experience a plus).
10. Expertise in financial systems, reporting tools, and internal controls.
11. A track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality financial services.
12. Excellentmunication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
