Up to £32,000 DOE, plus bonus
We are recruiting for a Desk‑based Sales Account Manager role with our client in Livingston, who are part of a huge group that operates across the UK and internationally.
For this B2B Sales Executive position we are looking for someone with proven experience in sales.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of existing and new business accounts UK‑wide, via phone and email.
* Maintain and further develop relationships with account holders.
* Generate continued and additional orders from accounts.
* Address general enquiries from customers.
* Retain and grow customer business.
* Reactivate dormant accounts with companies that previously purchased.
The split between existing and new customers is approximately 70% existing business and 30% new business.
Salary and benefits:
* Starting basic salary up to £32,000, depending on experience.
* Additional 15–20% of salary through quarterly sales commission.
* Potential to increase baseline pay to £40,000–£50,000 for proven performance.
The position is completely office‑based in Livingston.
