Plant Driver / Plant Operator / Telehandler Operator (Temp to Perm)

Pay: £12.21 raising to £13.00 / hour - weekly pay!
We are currently recruiting an experienced Telehandler Operator on a temporary to permanent basis to join a busy and growing waste management operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused individual looking for long-term, stable employment within the waste and recycling sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating a telehandler safely and efficiently on site
* Loading, unloading, and moving waste materials and recyclables
* Feeding waste into processing machinery as required
* Carrying out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Adhering to all site health, safety, and environmental procedures
Requirements:
* Valid or In-house Certificate Fork Lift or Telehandler licence (RTITB, CPCS, or NPORS)
* Previous experience operating a telehandler, is ideal, however experienced Fork Lift Operators to be considered!
* Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
