Purpose As our Adviser Recruitment Specialist you will support the Recruitment Director and Adviser recruitment team by coordinating activity and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the adviser recruitment growth goals are achieved. As our Adviser Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for: Building trusted relationships with the Adviser Recruitment team, internal and external stakeholders. Providing efficient administrative support to Recruitment Director and Recruitment Managers. Coordinating interviews and meetings with potential adviser candidates or business vendors. Acting as the point of contact for candidates and vendors during the recruitment and onboarding process. Tracking and reporting on the pipeline of vendors/candidates coming through. Tracking and reporting on the ongoing performance of recruits. Producing Management Information for the Adviser Recruitment team. Producing paperwork and correspondence, including issuing of application forms and self-employed contracts. Ensuring all application forms and regulatory checks are completed on time, coordinating with the Risk team as necessary. Working with the internal People Resourcing and People Operations teams, as necessary, to ensure a seamless experience for employed candidates. What we are looking for in our ideal Adviser Recruitment Specialist : Demonstrable experience of managing the end to end recruitment process High levels of adaptability and ability to flex with changing priorities Experienced of working in a fast-paced environment, ideally from an in-house recruitment or agency recruitment team Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidentially manage stakeholders Ability to work on own initiative Analytical thinking Accuracy and attention to detail Process management and problem solving Planning, prioritisation and organisational skills Benefits and Perks at AFH Flexible working & holidays - Enjoy flexible working and competitive holiday allowance, with annual buy & sell scheme options and your birthday off.
