Responsibilities
* Support young people with daily routines such as washing, dressing, and preparing for school

* Assist with activities during weekends, including trips to theme parks, cinemas, zoos, and bowling alleys
* Promote a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for young people
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver personalised care plans
* Maintain accurate records of support provided and progress made
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

* Resilient, patient, and understanding attitude
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Good communication and listening skills
* No prior experience necessary; full training and support will be provided
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
