We're looking for a talented Chef De Partie to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of assisting the Head Chef with various tasks such as meal planning and inventory management.

The Role:
As the Chef De Partie you'll report to the Head Chef and will be primarily responsible for assisting the Head Chef in food preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace in order to ensure efficient catering services.
In the job you'll be tasked with assisting in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
Finally, you'll also be tasked with supporting the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in various tasks such as meal planning, menu development, and special event preparation.
The standard working hours for this position are from 04:30 am - 12:30pm and from 12:30pm- 22:30pm.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Chef De Partie role will have relevant experience of assisting the Head Chef with various tasks such as meal planning and inventory management.
You'll also need experience of communicating effectively with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth workflow.
