Programme Lead - Capital Works - Schedule, Risk & Assurance

Full-Time

Bristol, site-based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Lead to join our Defence Aerospace business in Bristol. In this role, you will support the delivery of our infrastructure works and projects, including the development and delivery of an integrated infrastructure master schedule, management of infrastructure risk and compliance to our assurance programme. You will be delivering on the requirements against UK MOD programmes of work.

What you will be doing:

With this exciting opportunity you will:
* Work with the Project delivery leads, prepare and report the infrastructure integrated master schedule, highlighting critical path and key dependencies.
* Lead the risk identification and risk management process for the Capital Works contract.
* Provide the risk information required to support Package Order applications and on-going review.
* Provide the required information for the Capital Works Operational Reviews and internal reporting requirements.
* Lead on internal and external assurance activities associated with our infrastructure projects.
* Support change management activities.

* A sound understanding of programme management techniques.
* Prior experience of working within a programme and a project governance structure.

* A self-starter mindset.
* Knowledge of UK security regulations and the principles of security management is preferable.

The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate but is anticipated to be Staff Grade 7 - 10.

This role will require you to hold a minimum Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Ideally, you will be willing to progress to a Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. To start, Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you don't currently already have this in place. Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets, you must hold a UK nationality. Any dual nationals will require additional scrutiny and background checks prior to commencing work.
