Temporary Receptionist
We’re currently seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Receptionist to join our client’s busy front-of-house team in Eturia. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a welcoming and organised environment.
Key Duties for this Receptionist role:
* Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a professional manner
* Answering and directing telephone calls and handling general enquiries
* Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Maintaining the reception and front-of-house area to a high standard
* General administrative support, including filing, archiving, and data entry
* Assisting with basic office coordination and supplies
Skills & Experience Required for this Receptionist role:
* Previous reception or front-of-house experience is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
* Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Details for this Receptionist role:
* Monday to Friday 8am – 3pm
* Hourly rate: £12.50ph
* Location: Eturia, ST1
* Temporary until December
