Audit and Accounts Manager – About The Role
* Take control of a diverse portfolio of clients
* Lead Audit engagements, and if applicable, improve upon or implement your own testing methods
* Train junior members of the team
* Review accounts prepared by junior members of the team
* Prepare more complex sets of Accounts
* Work closely with the Managing Director to grow the firm, planning and strategizing
* Take a prominent role in bringing new clients into the firm
The successful Audit and Accounts Manager will have/be:
* A minimum of 4 years’ UK experience in Audit and Accounts is essential
* Qualified with ACA or ACCA (although PQ candidates may be considered)
* Drive and ambition to grow your career and ambitions to make Partner
* Strong communication skills and high level of confidence
