Chef De Partie:
We’re excited to welcome a
talented Chef de Partie to our team at the prestigious Dartmouth
restaurant, The Seahorse.
Situated on the scenic banks of
the River Dart, The Seahorse is renowned for delivering outstanding cuisine
with a strong focus on fresh, locally sourced fish and shellfish. We’ve proudly
earned accolades including “Top Restaurant in the UK” from Observer Food
Monthly and “Best Seafood Restaurant in the UK” from the Good Food
Guide.
You’ll be working with amazing
produce and our talented team of chefs, delivering incredible seafood with Italian
influences throughout.
On top of your basic rate, this
role attracts very generous tips and gratuities and paid overtime.
