Job Title: English and Maths KS3 SEN Tutor

Job Duties:
* Provide tailored English and Maths tutoring to Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop individualised learning plans to support each student's unique needs and learning style
* Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Strong knowledge of the KS3 English and Maths curriculum
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in teaching English and Maths to students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training or certifications in Special Education or SEN teaching
* Experience working in a tutoring or mentoring capacity
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work with students in their home or local library
* Potential travel to student's homes or other educational facilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
