Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Senior CRM Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day planning, execution and optimisation of our communications and promotional strategy. This role will initially require hands-on management incl. building audiences, automated flows and scheduling campaigns aligned to raffle launches with a view to recruiting a CRM Executive to support the team as we grow. You will work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to build omnichannel campaigns targeting specific audiences with timely, relevant communications through email, sms and push notifications.
You will be responsible for new player onboarding, retention, reactivation, LTV and ARPU growth, with real autonomy to shape strategy, mechanics, promotions and communications. This role is ideal for an experienced CRM leader who wants autonomy to build a best-in-class player engagement engine from the ground up.

Experience & Skillset
* 3-5+ years hands-on CRM leadership experience, ideally using Klaviyo or similar.
* Demonstrable record of improving deliverability and engagement in B2C/eCom.
* Experience building automated flows and using behavioural analytics.
* High attention to detail with a strong data-led approach to stakeholder management
* Proven experience working cross-functionally delivering omni-channel consistency
* Experience of HTML/CSS and app-based CRM preferred

Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy, Propositions & Growth
* Full ownership of the player lifecycle: onboarding, loyalty and win-back
* Define segmentation + behavioural triggers to align comms to product relevance
* Develop a promotional and proposition framework to drive sustained player value
* Utilise data to proactively input into our raffle proposition development process

* Adopt best-practice to maximise deliverability, engagement and churn prevention
* Raise the creative and commercial standard of player communications.
* Design automated flows and hyper-personalised campaigns aligned to our roadmap.
* Drive continuous improvement through testing and optimisation.

Performance, Reporting & Accountability
* KPI accountability for deliverability, engagement, revenue and retention metrics.
* Provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and Product Teams to (a) Establish a campaign schedule and communications tone of voice (ToV) (b) Provide performance insights for creative development. (c) Implement regular refreshes to prevent fatigue and maintain efficiency. (d) Suggest data-driven hooks, concepts, and testing angles for new campaigns
