Your newpany : A leading global professional services firm is seeking an Associate Director to join its Tax Assurance & Risk Management (TARM) team. The team works with a diverse client base, ranging from fast‑growing entrepreneurial businesses to major listed organisations.
Recognised for its expertise in SAOpliance, CCOpliance, tax risk management, taxernance and strategy, and the development of tax control frameworks, the team operates both nationally and internationally.

Your new role :
1. Support a wide portfolio of clients with tax assurance and risk management needs
2. Lead and deliver work on SAOpliance, CCOpliance, and broader tax risk projects
3. Develop, assess, and enhance taxernance frameworks and tax control environments
4. Produce high‑quality written reports, reviews, and rmendations for clients
5. Host and deliver workshops, training sessions, and webinars, including at Board level
6. Collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners on client engagements
7. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and highlight potential new services
8. Build strong client relationships and maintain regularmunication
9. Contribute to the growth and development of the Tax Assurance & Risk Management team
10. Engage with technology and AI initiatives to support innovation in tax processes
What you'll need to succeed:
11. CTA and or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
12. Significant experience in tax risk work, particularly SAO
13. Experience leading workshops to senior stakeholders
14. Excellentmunication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and identify business development opportunities
15. Confident presentation skills, with experience delivering workshops, training sessions and webinars, often at Board level
