You will also offer comfort and company on a one-to-one basis for any residents unable to undertake the activities. Heres some other important things you need to know: You must be alert at all times to our residents physical and mental well being Organise and accompany Residents, where possible, to off-site activities, which may occasionally take place out of normal working hours Understand and ensure the implementation of the Care Homes Health and Safety policy, and Emergency and Fire procedures.
