What you'll do:
Drive new business development and grow existing accounts
Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, from HQ to site level
Prepare and deliver customer account plans that generate real results
Negotiate and win deals on strong commercial terms
Promote our innovative, sustainable, value-added solutions
What we're looking for: 5+ years in new business development / account management (construction/infrastructure experience ideal, but not essential)
Proven track record in winning new business and driving revenue
Confident communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder
Self-starter with the drive to deliver results
