Hygiene Operative Role Overview We are looking for a proactive Hygiene Operative who is responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all warehouse and production areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. The role supports the Clean-As-You-Go (CAYG) policy by carrying out scheduled cleaning activities that go beyond daily operator responsibilities, ensuring the facility remains safe, hygienic, and compliant with food safety and hygiene standards. Working Hours 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday Occasional flexibility in working hours may be required to support deep cleaning activities, maintenance shutdowns or audit preparation.
