About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Community Manager to take ownership of Performance Learning’s growing social media presence and online community. You’ll be responsible for building our audience across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more), managing content calendars, engaging with followers, and amplifying our voice in the education space.
This is a hands-on, full-time role perfect for someone who wants to grow a brand from the inside out, telling powerful stories, showcasing real student impact, and helping us turn Performance Learning into a recognised movement.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across all platforms.
* Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.
* Collaborate with the founder and wider team to create authentic content and campaign ideas.
* Run and optimise paid and organic campaigns across channels.
* Monitor trends, analytics, and insights to inform strategy.
* Support content development for events, webinars, case studies, and testimonials.
* Help shape and maintain brand tone, storytelling, and consistency across all comms.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing social media for a brand, influencer, or organisation.
* Fluent in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn and understands how audiences behave differently on each.
* Confident creating basic visuals, Reels, Stories, shorts, and carousels (design/video editing a plus).
* Can take initiative, run with ideas, and manage a content calendar with minimal supervision.
* Strong writing skills concise, engaging, and audience-aware.
* Passion for education, youth empowerment, or mission-driven work a bonus.
