Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in using both hand and power tools. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
Duties
* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and malfunctions.
* Perform repairs and maintenance tasks using hand tools and power tools effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance schedules.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
* Keep the workshop organised and clean, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly.
Qualifications
* Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in repair and maintenance.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
