Shift timing: Start at 5am - 11am (2 Hours flexi when needed)
Salary: £12.80 - £13.00 per hour
Van and Fuel card Provided.
Covering our sites round the Basingstoke/Andover and Woking area
Part-time hours: Minimum 30 hours per week. Paid overtime for extra hours.
1 in 6 Weekends (Morning shift on call)

Job Responsibilities
* Cover cleaning when required.
* Supervising staff across multiple sites.
* Delivery of stock when required.
* Reacting quickly and efficiently to site issues.
* Support with stock requirement.
* Deliver training to the frontline when appropriate.
Person Specification
* Ability to work well in a highly pressurised environment, problem solving at all levels.
* Ability to support, motivate and lead a team to develop and achieve through regular coaching and one-to-ones.
* Excellent communication skills, at all levels and both internally and externally.
* Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
* Strong team working ethic and flexibility.
* Excellent attention.
Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years’ experience required in similar role.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety awareness/training.
* Driving licence is required.
