Brand & Marketing Communications Manager
London-based, supporting UK HQ and international teams
An ambitious IP firm seeks a creative, strategically minded Brand & Marketing Communications Manager to elevate its visual identity and digital presence across the UK, US and Europe. Sitting within a respected Marketing & Business Development team, this role champions sophisticated design, bold digital communications and a cohesive cross-platform brand.
The successful candidate will drive website management and digital design, create standout campaign assets, enhance internal and external communications, and evolve brand consistency across all channels. This role suits a highly creative visual communicator with strong technical skills, flawless attention to detail and a passion for impactful storytelling.
Key responsibilities:Website & digital:
* Manage and develop the CMS and site performance
* Produce responsive web layouts, HTML emails and digital campaign assets
* Design banners, adverts, landing pages and social content
* Use analytics to optimise engagement; understanding of UX, SEO and coding advantageous
Design & creative:
* Deliver high-impact BD materials, print and digital campaigns
* Generate concepts that differentiate the brand
* Create cohesive multi-platform assets and support pitch design
* Lead email marketing distribution and reporting
* Maintain and evolve brand guidelines; oversee print production
Brand & internal comms:
* Support internal communications
* Manage photography and creative asset libraries
Software expertise:
* Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
* PowerPoint
* CMS platforms, Canva/Visme and similar tools
* HubSpot experience preferred
Ideal candidate:
* Extensive experience in digital and graphic design experience, ideally partly agency-side
* Proven portfolio across digital, print, branding and campaign work
