Performance Marketing Executive - 6 month FTC
We’re hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing consumer brand. You’ll work across PPC, Paid Social and Affiliates, with a particular focus on affiliate management and performance reporting.
This role suits someone who loves building and optimising campaigns, digging into performance data, and collaborating with agencies, partners and internal teams to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Build and manage campaigns across performance channels
* Support affiliate partner onboarding and campaign delivery
* Report on performance and highlight trends or opportunities
* Work closely with data, product and creative teams
What we’re looking for
* Hands-on campaign execution (PPC, Paid Social or Affiliates)
* Strong analytical skills with GA/Looker or similar tools
* Comfortable working at pace in a high-growth consumer environment
* Bonus if you’ve worked in regulated industries (e.g. Financial Services)
