Elford Demolition & Remediation Ltd are recruiting for an experienced Site Working Supervisor, must have experience in the civils sector.

About THE ROLE:
Description
The role involves overseeing and coordinating groundworks projects, ensuring safety and quality while managing teams on-site.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
·Supervising and coordinating groundworks teams on-site.
·Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards.
·Enforcing and monitoring Health & Safety practices and CDM Regulations on site.
·Maintaining accurate records and reports.
·Liaising with site managers and clients.
·Overseeing, supervising, and training of site personnel including trainees and apprentices.
·Knowledge/understanding of the contract design and construction drawings.
·Supervision of specialist sub-contractors.

·This is a full-time position, and hours of work will be 45 hours per week paid:
07:30hrs to 17:00hrs Monday – Friday.
·This will also involve daily travel and possible working away from time to time as deemed
necessary for the needs of the business.
About YOU:
·Minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in site supervision.
·CSCS Card.
·First Aid at Work.
·Full driving licence.
·Experience of supervising teams and projects in a similar environment.
·Exceptional leadership skills.
·Ability to use IT systems.
·Knowledge in Health & Safety legislation and compliance.
·Self-motivated and proactive.
·Positive attitude and the ability to integrate and be an active part in the team.
·Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
