Finance and Office Manager
Main purpose of job:
Working for a fast-growing electrical manufacturing company based in York my client are seeking a talented and experienced Finance and Office Manager to join our Team and contribute to the ongoing success of the business. Reporting to the Financial Director, the Finance and Office Manager will be responsible for financial management, administrative tasks, office operations, support of purchase and sales ledger staff, communication and compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Department: Finance
Location/Branch: Huntington/York, UK
Position reports to: Finance Director
Position is responsible for: Finance Team
Contract: Permanent, Part-time, 16-20 hours per week Salary: £36,000-£40,000 per annum, pro-rata

Main duties
1. Responsible for ensuring all costs are paid on time and managing the Company's cash flow
2. Overseeing all ledger accounts, including reconciliation of supplier accounts and supplier payments
3. Managing the office budget, reviewing invoices and handling expenses
4. Assisting with the preparation of monthly payroll
5. Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
