Marketing Executive
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to sites and events)
Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 per week
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
As part of an exciting period of growth, we’re evolving our Sales and Marketing function and creating new opportunities across the team. This is a great time to join us as a Marketing Executive, supporting the delivery of marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and sales performance across our new developments.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of marketing activity across multiple developments, delivering campaigns, events and content that generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Working closely with Sales teams, Development colleagues and external partners, you’ll play a key role in bringing our developments to market and supporting successful sales outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
1. Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across new and existing developments to drive leads and engagement
2. Manage end-to-end marketing activity for individual schemes, including budgets, timelines and supplier coordination
3. Lead the planning and execution of promotional events and on-site activity
4. Write engaging copy for campaigns, digital channels and marketing materials
5. Monitor performance and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment
What you’ll bring
6. Experience delivering marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment
7. Strong copywriting and content creation skills across digital and offline channels
8. Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
9. Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, agencies and internal partners
10. A proactive, organised and results-focused approach
Desirable
11. Experience in new build property, housing or a similar sector
12. Experience developing marketing strategies or managing campaign budgets
13. Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce
14. Understanding of GDPR and marketing compliance requirements
