What You'll Do
You'll create and deliver training courses that support the servicing, maintenance, and repair of Alexander Dennis products globally. This includes chassis and body systems, major components, diagnostic equipment, and third-party systems. You'll ensure training is available and relevant for customers, internal staff, and Field Service Engineers, supporting new product launches and maintaining a comprehensive training portfolio. You'll also develop engaging training content for classroom, workshop, and online delivery.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of vehicle service, maintenance, and repair techniques, as well as diagnostic tools and electrical schematics. You'll have excellent communication skills, the ability to deliver technical information effectively, and be IT literate for creating training materials. A proactive approach, willingness to travel nationally and internationally, and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
Bonus if you have:
* Experience in developing eLearning content
* Knowledge of AD products and commercial vehicle systems
* Previous training delivery experience in a technical environment.
