Key Responsibilities
Support procurement and sourcing decisions that impact product availability and business performance
Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely deliveries
Maintain strong supplier relationships and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies
Monitor stock levels and contribute to inventory planning and forecasting
Manage purchase orders and ensure accurate procurement records
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align purchasing strategies
Coordinate with logistics and third-party partners
Identify opportunities for supplier improvements and operational efficiencies
Analyse data and provide reporting to support commercial decision-making
Offer general administrative and procurement support
About You
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships
Clear written and verbal communication
Confident Excel skills (data entry, analysis, and reporting)
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
Highly organised with excellent time management
Degree-level qualification preferred but not essential
Experience in procurement, administration, or commercial operations is advantageous
Eagerness to learn and develop commercial and analytical skills
