Your new role
As a Procurement Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting their Procurement team. This position is all about ensuring smooth andpliant supplier onboarding, maintaining accurate contract records, and driving efficiency through data and reporting tools.
1. Supplier Onboarding &pliance – Manage the full process of setting up new suppliers, from initiating NDAs and conducting financial checks to coordinating with Information Security and Data Privacy teams for required assessments.
2. Tracking & Reporting – Maintain and update the supplier due diligence tracker, ensuring allpliance requests are logged. Produce regular reports to support audits and internal reporting requirements.
3. Contract Management – Oversee their central contract library, ensuring all supplier agreements are accurately recorded and archived, with a clear audit trail in line withpany standards.
4. Documenternance – Review and refresh procurement templates and tender documents, working closely with Legal to ensurepliance with current legislation and best practices.
5. Tender Support – Assist in managing tender processes (RFI/RFP), helping project teams draft, issue, and collate responses for evaluation.
6. Data & Reporting – Generate reports on contract expiries, supplier spend, and other procurement metrics using tools like Power BI, supporting informed decision-making across the business.
7. Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance procurement processes and reporting tools, driving efficiency andpliance across the function.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Previous experience in procurement administration or supporting supply chain activities within amercial environment.
9. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
10. Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate, or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn these tools for data analysis and process automation.
11. Excellent organisational skills and clear, effectivemunication to liaise confidently with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
12. High attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and documentation to ensurepliance and audit readiness.
13. Ability to work to tight deadlines while demonstrating a proactive approach to improving processes and driving efficiencies.
