Overview
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders this Black Friday and Christmas.
What you’ll be doing
* Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, at the website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
* Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
* Keep the stock room neat and tidy and restock products from deliveries
* Be present on the shop floor, helping customers with questions and providing advice on a wide range of products
* Build strong knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
Eligibility and working patterns
* You must be above the school-leaver age in your country
* You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
* Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Hours will be scheduled to fit around availability and may vary from week to week.
