* Collaborate with your product partner to build, prioritize, and deliver your teams’ roadmap, communicating blockers and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
* Measure, own, and drive predictability through operational excellence and transparency with data and KPIs.
* Own your software: build it and run it, providing appropriate support for users.
* Help scope and define new solutions, influencing the roadmap and ensuring we deliver truly viable features and products.
* Look after the health and wellbeing of your team.

THE STATS

* A strong technology background delivering software as an individual contributor or manager.
* Understanding of various Agile flavors and which situations are most appropriate to use them.
* Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
* Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
* Demonstrated abilities in driving operational excellence and best practices.
* Understanding of modern architectures, design patterns, and platform nuances.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts simply and successfully, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience writing distributed, highly scalable, and highly available backend systems and APIs.
* Good citizenship, stakeholder, and team management.
* Will exemplify our company behaviors.
* Experience in hiring, building, and developing Agile engineering teams.

What You Can Expect

* Interesting work – working in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing industry, new problems and exciting solutions are never far away. There are always opportunities to learn new skills and broaden horizons.
* A sense of achievement – our teams own their software and when new features ship to users and positive feedback rolls in, you can feel proud of what you and your team have created.
