This is an onsite position.
Office of the State Auditor requiresone Service Support Analysts. The selected candidate for this rolewill provide first level support to users in a Microsoft Windowsenvironment. This includes but is not limited to password resetsA/V troubleshooting access assistance etc. Responsible for imagingPCs per outlined processes distributing equipment and maintainingassignment information in an asset tracking system. Position willbe responsible for identifying and documenting equipment forsurplus installing computer equipment in an office environmentmaintaining printers and scanners. Position will be expected toassist users with PC performance issues and updates.
