Our client, a leader in their market, is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality audits. Key responsibilities of the Internal Audit Manager:
* Lead complex audits, ensuring robust planning, execution, and reporting.
* Provide meaningful insight and challenge to senior stakeholders while strengthening risk management and control frameworks.
* Manage and coach junior auditors to support skills development and capability uplift.
* Produce high-quality audit reports and present findings to leadership.
* Contribute to the shaping of the annual audit plan and methodology enhancements.
* Maintain strong working relationships across the business to support continuous improvement and risk awareness.
Key essentials of the Internal Audit Manager:
* Strong internal audit experience within financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
* Proven experience leading audit teams and overseeing complex audit work.
* Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
* Relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIA) advantageous.
