We are looking for hardworking, ambitious, and dynamic staff committed to excellence. You will be self-motivated and keen to develop. We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Training & Compliance Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be based in the Oxford/ Hampshire Region.
Role Overview
You will supervise all training and compliance on a day-to-day basis, liaising directly with the operatives and the Management Team. It is a site-based role, and you will be responsible for site audits, improving the quality and compliance of operatives, training new operatives and ensuring operatives are trained to a high standard.This role is crucial to our success in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in liaising with the client on pre-siting and post-site meetings.
* Ensure works comply with the client, Lantra, and HSE legislations.
* Report any incidents, accidents, or near misses.
* Attend client and supplier meetings as required.
* Develop Traffic Management Operatives, signing them off as competent in all aspects of TM.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance levels.
* Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

Qualifications
* Must have Lantra M6
* Driving Licence with 6 or less points
* Live within 45 minute commute to the Depot
* Previous experience in a similar role within the Traffic Management
* Strong knowledge of Lantra regulations and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment
