As a Business Support Lead you will: Work closely with Operations and Finance – helping to shape an evolving business support function Providing administrative support, efficiencies across a variety of key processes including commercial document management, finance processes such as timesheet and travel/expense management Partner with department heads to capture and anticipate increases in business administration demand Help with the development of the degree apprenticeship programme Play a key role in helping manage compliance and regulatory requirements and subsequent tracking of mandatory documentation Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gain relevant approvals of timesheets, expenses and travel Access to lots of learning opportunities with a clear progression path Requirements Experience working within a business support function, operational support or administration Good understanding of key business processes Strong experience using Microsoft Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc) as well as strong mathematical skills A fast learner, reliable and able to work to deadlines Good attention to detail, proactive and an excellent communicator Resident in England and able to be based in the Farnborough office
