Overview
Northbuild Recruitment is currently seeking experienced & commited Groundworkers / Pipe-Layers for a large new build project in Lancaster (LA1).
Responsibilities
* Foundation & drainage tasks as a primary focus.
* Groundworks with plant tickets are highly sought after.
* Drainage, concreting, foundations; building levels & pouring concrete slabs.
* To perform a wide range of groundworks duties as part of a well-rounded team.
Qualifications & Requirements
* CSCS Carded Groundworkers / Pipe-layers is required.
* Past new build experience is essential.
Details
* Role is long term for the right operatives.
* Hours: minimum 40 hours per week, 08:00–16:30, Monday to Friday.
* Pay: £20.50 per hour CIS; weekly pay.
* Location: Lancaster (LA1).
