'We are a values-led school, with our values driving our decision making' The Role - Base Teacher with TLR and SEND Allowance Job Reference: HVT0765 We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated SEND Lead Teacher to lead and manage provision for pupils with moderate to complex learning needs across Key Stages 1 and 2 within the SEN Unit at Woodside Primary School. This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is committed to inclusive education and ensuring every child achieves their full potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and coordinating high-quality teaching, learning, assessment, and pastoral support tailored to the individual needs of pupils within the provision. Working closely with the Assistant Head of Inclusion, you will play a key role in developing effective strategies and interventions to support both learning and wellbeing. The role also involves liaising with local authorities, parents, and a range of external agencies to ensure pupils receive the highest level of support. The successful candidate will be appointed on the Teachers’ Main Pay Scale/UPS, plus TLR2A (£3,527 FTE per annum) and SEN1 allowance (£2,787 per annum). This is a full-time, permanent position.
