Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the KS2 National Curriculum
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel motivated and supported
* Track, assess, and monitor pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to maximise pupil outcomes
* Take part in staff meetings, school events, and ongoing CPD opportunities
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS2
* Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective classroom practice
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, reflective approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
