As a Retail Shift Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards. You’ll motivate your team, manage the shop floor, and ensure our store runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment. This is your chance to showcase your leadership skills and pave the way for future success!
Your Responsibilities
* Motivate and support your team, embodying our Leadership and Company Principles.
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks effectively.
* Create a collaborative environment where your colleagues can thrive.
* Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
* Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure seamless shifts.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
