Overview
We are looking for two reliable and experienced Reach FLT Operators to join our clients warehouse night shift team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of goods using reach trucks, ensuring smooth operations within a busy distribution and storage facility.

Location: Coventry, CV2
Job Type: Temporary On-Going
Shift: Nights
Hours of Work: 22:00-06:00 (37.5 hours)
Days Of Work: Monday-Friday
Salary: £17.30 per hour (OT rate £19.97 paid after 37.5 hours)
Start Date: Monday 06/10/25
Note: This position is not suitable for students or those looking for part-time work as this is full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate Reach forklift trucks to move, stack, and retrieve goods from high racking systems.
* Load and unload vehicles and containers safely and efficiently.
* Perform daily equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance issues.
* Accurately follow pick lists and inventory instructions using RF scanners or WMS.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies.
* Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory audits.
* Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet operational targets.
Requirements
* Valid in-date Reach FLT license (RTITB/AITT/ABA/ITSSAR).
* 6 Months minimum experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse or logistics environment.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Live local to the CV2 Area or have own transport.
Desirable Skills
* Additional forklift licenses (e.g., VNA, PPT).
* Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Previous experience using RF scanners.
* Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime when required.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock.
* Basic IT skills for inventory systems and scanning equipment.
