Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor looking for a strong lead source and the ability to write 15+ Mortgages a month?
If so, we are actively recruiting in the Leigh on Sea area for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our clients highly successful team. The role is working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with Remortgages. Our clients provide leads from clients who are in a position to remortgage. The role is available on a hybrid basis.
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
1. Basic Salary £30,000
2. 10% commission on existing client bank (mortgage business)
3. 20% commission on all protection business written
4. OTE £60,000

Mortgage Advisor requirements:
6. Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
7. Ability to deal with appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
8. Fully CeMAP qualified
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:
9. Manage and service an allocated portion of our existing client bank
10. Handle approximately 15–20 mortgage renewals per month (clients maturing in 6 months)
11. Contact clients, complete fact-finds, and provide mortgage and protection advice
12. Pick up some overflow from Google Ads online leads
13. Maintain CRM notes and pipeline updates
14. Work closely with case managers and the wider team to ensure smooth completions
