In this role, you'll be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable software solutions.
You are passionate about writing clean, efficient code and enjoy taking ownership of the systems you build.
As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be responsible for:
* Lead the architecture and design of high-quality, scalable software solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring flexibility for future growth and innovation.
* Spearhead automation and system integration initiatives, working closely with Solution Architects, management, and engineering teams to streamline processes.
* Apply your deep understanding of software performance to implement best practices for optimisation, ensuring the long-term maintainability and scalability of the solutions you build.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, assisting with complex tasks and fostering their professional development.
We'd love you to have:
* Highly skilled in Python and Django, and well-versed in Node.js and React.
* Demonstrated ability to lead automation and integration efforts, working with a variety of tools and technologies.
* You know how to optimise code and systems for both performance and sustainability.
* Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical experts, to deliver valuable software solutions.
