* Coordinate internal and external communications, draft and proofread correspondence.
* Prepare briefing materials, board packs and meeting notes; manage follow‑ups.
* Organise complex international travel and logistics, including visas and itineraries.
* Liaise with senior leadership, investors and external advisors on behalf of the CEO.
* Oversee confidential projects and ad hoc business tasks as required.
Personal and Household Responsibilities
* Coordinate family logistics including children’s schedules, school events and birthday parties.
* Arrange and manage household services and vendors; oversee occasional household projects.
* Provide personal support for the CEO’s spouse as required (event planning, appointments, travel coordination).
* Manage personal shopping, gifting and special requests with discretion.
* Be available for occasional weekend or out‑of‑hours duties and urgent family needs.
Experience
* 5+ years supporting a CEO (most recently within financial services).
* Experience within alternative asset management, private credit or related investment environments is strongly preferred.
* Proven experience combining professional EA duties with personal/household support is essential.
