An excellent opportunity has arisen to apply for a Colleague Centre Administrator role with Kingdom Service Group, working at our Head Office in Newton-Le-Willows, WA12. Applicants should have achieved CIPD Level 3 or working towards the qualification. Salary: £25,000.00 - £27,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience. Hours - 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 09.00 am pm (Half hour unpaid break) Location: Head Office, Kingdom House, 1 Woodlands Park, Ashton Road, Newton-Le-Willows, WA12 0HF What’s in it for you? The successful applicant will match the below skill set. Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including excel and word. Working knowledge of other HR management systems would be an advantage. Communicate effectively with team colleagues and partner with key stakeholders. Work effectively in a challenging environment & comfortable with change. Strong organisation, planning and time management skills with high diligence and an ability to plan and prioritise to meet timescales and deadlines. An adaptive person who can hit the ground running and motivated to drive their own personal development and willing to develop new skills and undertake responsibility. A collaborator as well as working independently with a focus on sharing best practice. Interpret and support the future critical and high priority needs of the business. What you will be doing and how to achieve success Administration General People related queries Case Management (HR Log) End to end Absence Management Commendations General Ad-hoc requests from managers and leadership teams Support for the Colleague Centre Advisors and Manager Compliance Support relevant statutory compliance and other regulations.
