Financial Controller
Location: London
Hybrid. £80 - £110k (depending on experience)
Our Client is seeking a commercially astute Financial Controller with gravitas to join a growing hospitality business with multiple London sites and further expansion planned. This role will be responsible for maintaining strong financial controls, delivering clear financial insight, and supporting operational decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and year-end accounts.
* Act as the key contact for external accountants and auditors.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
* Monitor food, beverage, and labour costs, identifying opportunities to improve margins.

Skills & Experience
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Experience in a senior finance role within hospitality, retail, or another multi-site environment.
* Strong understanding of restaurant KPIs such as labour %, GP, and site profitability.
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with Xero, Tenzo, Marketman or SevenRooms beneficial.
