Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, fostering repeat and new business.
2. Manage the end-to-end sales process, prioritising customer wants and needs to help them achieve their ideal bathroom.
3. Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
4. Promote the showroom locally using creative marketing strategies to highlight our services.
5. Continuously enhance the showroom to anticipate and exceed customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous sales experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude is key.
