The Role As Wellbeing & Fitness Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the fitness operation, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong team performance, and an outstanding guest and member experience. You will manage a vibrant programme of 80 weekly classes, oversee personal training delivery, and ensure your team operates to the highest professional and safety standards.
